How do I prevent staining on the doll's skin?
We recommend washing dark-colored fabrics before use or using a protective body stocking to prevent pigment transfer from clothing to the vinyl.
Do the dolls come fully assembled?
Yes, all Smart Dolls arrive fully assembled with eyes and wigs included, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Can I customize my doll's makeup or 'faceup'?
While our dolls come with professional factory faceups, many collectors choose to customize them. Please note that modifying the faceup voids the warranty on the head shell.
